Winter 256 | Therapeutic Peat Mud & Contouring Algae

The "Winter 256" ritual is designed for the cold season, to restore balance and wellbeing — individually or together with a loved one.
At the heart of this ritual lies a choice between two powerful treatments, both complementing the classic “Water and Flame” sauna ritual with a sauna master.

Therapeutic peat mud compresses for target zones

The organic peat mud, sourced from the Sloka lake bog and prepared by the Jaunķemeri Rehabilitation Centre, offers deep relaxation and energetic grounding. It stimulates metabolism, improves microcirculation, supports detoxification, calms the nervous system, and helps relieve body tension.

Recommended for stiffness in muscles or joints, or when the cold weather brings discomfort. Not suitable in cases of acute joint inflammation.

Compresses are usually applied to the feet, hands, elbows, shoulders or back — areas that are often forgotten during winter but deserve special attention and care.
