What is a sauna ritual and what to expect when visiting?
In each Jadeite Sauna ritual, the sauna master will warm you up, cleanse you with a homemade scrub, restore you with natural ingredients, bathe, sooth, relax, and invigorate giving you strength offering you herbal tea and honey!
A sauna ritual is more than just relaxation – it is a deep journey into a new physical and spiritual state, where the sauna master guides you through the five fundamental elements that shape our world and our bodies, using the healing powers of nature.
Fire – brings the warmth of life through the power of the stove,
Water – carries words of strength, steam, and healing water treatments,
Earth – is expressed through the touch of sauna whisks, clays, and stones,
Air – flows through gentle wafting, herbal aroma therapy, and Himalayan salt inhalations, and

Did you know?
In the process of the ritual, the bather will use various techniques with sauna brooms: short light touches, stroking, sweeping, driving, rubbing, stroking, stroking, fanning, sifting and whipping.

You will visit a health-friendly sauna, where the temperature will not exceed 60-70 degrees. At this temperature, medicinal herbs and honey retain their values and actively affect the body!
On the day of visiting the sauna, in order to feel good during the ritual, we recommend having light meals no later than two hours before visiting the ritual. This is because with a full stomach, during the ritual process, the human body feels an increased load on the cardiovascular system. If possible, before visiting the sauna, a walk in the fresh air is recommended for oxygen intake.

Sauna ritual with SPA 'Ode to Beauty'
3.5-hour ritual for one person
A ritual for those who want to improve the appearance and shape of the body. Natural chocolate applied to the body has the opposite effect of eating it. It moisturizes, smooths the skin, assists in breaking down fat and removing toxins. Wrapping in chocolate improves skin elasticity, and visually rejuvenates the skin, enriching it with necessary micronutrients: potassium, magnesium, calcium. Similar but additionally tightening is the effect of blue clay. Blue clays contains microelements necessary for the nourishment and hydration of skin, leaving your skin feeling rejuvenated and soft after the procedure
This SPA sauna ritual is special with: application of melted chocolate or blue clay on the body, in the sauna.

A ritual for those suffering from insomnia and anxiety. Body massage with hot Jadeite stones balances and promotes harmony in body and spirit. During the massage, the body temperature rises by one degree, accelerating the metabolism, blood and lymph flow, helping to remove harmful substances from the body.

Healing sauna ritual 'Physio'
3.5-hour ritual for one person
A ritual for those who want to get rid of muscle tension and restore the body after physical exertion. The muscles are deeply massaged and relaxed with bundles of wicker or clay banks. During the ritual, tissue heating and blood circulation are promoted, endurance is increased. After the ritual - a light and uplifting feeling in the body.
In the ritual "Physio" you can choose:
Massage with small stones, in the sauna on the lava. With massaging, rolling, stimulation of painful points and light spanking, the muscles are relaxed, the lymphatic system is activated and the blood supply is restored.
OR
Clay banking procedures, in a sauna on lava, well known for its muscle pain-relieving effects. Banks have a physiotherapeutic effect - they heal and restore overworked and tense muscles. Medical banks are also widely used in the Olympic Games.

Massage
We offer an individually tailored massage that meets your specific needs and preferences. A massage is the perfect way to conclude your sauna ritual, as after the session, your body is relaxed and warmed, allowing easier access to deeper muscles. This helps release accumulated fatigue and relieve pain, providing even greater relaxation and rejuvenation. The oil massage takes place on the second floor of the sauna house on a specialized massage table, ensuring maximum comfort and effectiveness.

Žadeīta Pirts offers the opportunity to stay overnight in a cosy log cabin after the ritual.
The Green Room – 60€ for one person, 70€ for two people. The price includes breakfast prepared by the hostess. Dinner can also be ordered after the ritual.
Additional sleeping arrangements can be made in the second room on a pull-out sofa, on an extra mattress, or downstairs on a pull-out sofa. A maximum of 6 guests can be accommodated. For each additional person, the cost is 35€ (including breakfast).
An overnight stay in the Jadeite room is offered only to our clients after attending the ritual.
